Last week, Word No To***co Day ( 31st May) observed on 29 th May at B.Borooah Cancer Institute. Eminent singer Dikshu Sharma, our most lovable RJ Sujitha Das and State consultant, NTCP was present along with the director Dr. B.B. Borthakur and the Deputy Directors grace the occasion. The program was organised by the department of Preventive Oncology and was very successfully accomplished under the guidance of Dr. Srabana Misra Bhagabaty and efforts by the staff and project employees.I am very much honoured to be a part of the project "Introduction of Music Therapy" under this department in BBCI.
Music therapy plays a vital role in helping people to get rid of To***co and other abusive substances.
