भारतीय स्वतंत्रता, एकता, सत्य की विरासत श्री आयुष भारत गणराज्य के गवर्नमेंट नर्सिंग कॉलेज गवर्नमेंट मेडिकल कॉलेज हल्द्वानी उत्तराखंड राज्य में बैच 2016 से 2021 तक के पहले बैच के छात्र रहे हैं। उत्तराखंड राज्य सरकार के अधिकार क्षेत्र के तहत प्रभावी रूप से गठित हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा उत्तराखंड राज्य चिकित्सा शिक्षा विश्वविद्यालय देहरादून उत्तराखंड विधान सभा द्वारा अधिनियमित एक अधिनियम द्वारा और 18 फरवरी 2014 को राज्यपाल द्वारा उत्तराखंड सरकार-अधिनियम-72/ # # (3)/2014/07(1)/2014 द्वारा गठित विश्वविद्यालय से संबद्ध संस्थान के प्रमुख बैच के छात्र रहे हैं
वर्ष 2017 से निर्वाचित होने के बाद से वे शासकीय नर्सिंग कॉलेज हल्द्वानी की छात्र नर्स संघ हल्द्वानी इकाई के अध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्यरत रहे थे। कॉलेज से उत्तराखंड राज्य छात्र नर्स संघ के अध्यक्ष के लिए मनोनीत होने के बाद उन्हें 2019-2020 के सत्र के लिए उत्तराखंड राज्य छात्र नर्स संघ के अध्यक्ष होने के लिए पूरे राज्य में लगभग 12 नर्सिंग कॉलेजों के समर्थन से चुना गया था।
वर्ष २०२० में उन्होंने सैन मार्कोस के कॉलेज ऑफ नर्सिंग यूनिवर्सिटी द्वारा आयोजित अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम के लिए अतिथि वक्ता के रूप में कार्य किया है, जो कि अमेरिका के यूनिवर्सिडैड नैशनल डी सैन मार्कोस लीमा पेरू गणराज्य दक्षिण अमेरिका का पहला आधिकारिक विश्वविद्यालय है। अफ्रीका में स्थित अफ्रीकी नौसिखिए नर्सों और छात्र पहल संगठन के अतिथि अध्यक्ष एवं विश्व स्वास्थ्य सभा के पूर्व प्रतिनिधि के नेतृत्व और निमंत्रण के तहत और अफ्रीकी पेशेवरों के लिए अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कार्यक्रम के मॉडरेटर और संरक्षक कनाडाई नर्स एसोसिएशन सी.एन.ए के डॉ. टिम गेएस्ट अतिथि अध्यक्ष के निर्देशन में अंतरराष्ट्रीय वक्ता का अहम भूमिका भी निभा चुके हैं
2020 में श्री आयुष को एनएसएसजी के लिए यूरोपीय नर्सिंग छात्र पेशेवरों के संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष द्वारा नामित किया गया था, ततपश्चात इंटरनेशनल काउंसिल ऑफ नर्सिज जिनेवा स्विट्जरलैंड में एनएसएसजी के छह नामांकित सदस्यों में से एक बनने के लिए नामित किया गया था और उन्हें विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन जेनेवा डब्लू0एच0ओ0 के 6 दुनिया के क्षेत्र के समानांतर आईसीएन क्षेत्र दक्षिणपूर्व एशियाई क्षेत्र की जिम्मेदारी दी गई थी। सीरो वर्ष 2020 में श्री आयुष को मिस्र के नर्सिंग छात्र संघ द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सम्मेलन में अतिथि वक्ता के रूप में संयुक्त राष्ट्र के एसडीजीएस के प्रति छात्रों की सामूहिक कार्रवाई और जिस तरह से वे अपनी क्षमताओं और पहुंच को तेजी से बढ़ा सकते हैं, पर चर्चा करने के लिए आमंत्रित किया गया था।

31 May 2021 के पृष्ठ संख्या / पेज नंबर 73 के अनुसार श्री आयुष बेलवाल ने 74वीं विश्व स्वास्थ्य सभा, विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन डब्ल्यू0एच0ओ0 मुख्यालय जिनेवा में एक प्रतिनिधि के रूप में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय नर्स जिनेवा संचालन समूह के एस.ई.ए.आर.ओ SEARO दक्षिणपूर्व एशियाई क्षेत्र के प्रतिनिधि के रूप में भाग लिया। उन्होंने विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन डब्ल्यू0एच0ओ0 की विशाल एवं गणमान्य अंतरराष्ट्रीय विधानसभा के लिए अपने विस्तृत दस्तावेज में स्वास्थ्य सेवा क्षेत्र में सुधार की आवश्यकता को प्रस्तुत किया

Since the year 2017 after being elected he is serving as the Chair of the Student Nurses Association Haldwani unit of the Government Nursing College Haldwani
After being nominated from the college for the Chair of Uttarakhand state Student Nurses Association S.N.A. , he was then elected with the support of around 12 Nursing Colleges all over the state for being the Chair of the Uttarakhand State Student Nurses Association for the session of 2019-2020
In the year 2020 he has served as the visiting virtual speaker for the International Event organised by the College of Nursing University of San Marcos the first official University of the Americas Universidad Nacional de San Marcos Lima Peru Republic of Perú South America , thereafter also being invited as the Guest Speaker for the African Novice Nurses and Students Initiative Organisation based in Africa
under the leadership and invitation of the former delegate to the World Health Assembly WHA World Health Organisation WHO and under the directions of the moderator for the international event for the African professionals and PATRON being Dr. Tim President of the Canadian Nurses Association CNA
In 2020 Mr. AYUSH was Nominated by the former president of the association of the European Nursing Students Professionals for the NSSG to become one of the six nominated member's of the NSSG at International Council of Nurses Geneva Switzerland and was given the responsibility of the SouthEast Asian Region SEARO
In the year 2020 Mr AYUSH was invited by the Egyptian Nursing Student's Association as a Guest Speaker , virtually to the International Conference to discuss the students collective action towards the SDGS of the United Nations and the way in which they can exponentially increase their abilities and the reach to serve the People

In May 2021 Mr. AYUSH BELWAL attended the 74th World Health Assembly , World Health Organisation Headquarters Geneva as the Representative of the SEARO Southeast Asian Region of the International Council of Nurses Geneva Steering Group as a Student Delegate
He presented in his detailed document for the assembly the need to have reform in the Healthcare Sector
