HEPATITIS DIET TIPS FOR HEPATITIS A,B,C,D,E.
Hepatitis is an inflammation of the liver. The liver’s functions are to detoxify the blood, store vitamins and producing hormones. With the inflammation caused due to hepatitis, these processes get hindered. This can cause some serious health issues.
CAUSE OF HEPATITIS.
1.The main cause of hepatitis is hepatitis virus. The viruses are namely Hepatitis A, B, C, D and E. Type B and C lead to chronic disease like cirrhosis.
2. Alcohol abuse also causes hepatitis.
3.Overuse of certain drugs damage the liver causing hepatitis the body can auto trigger the damage of liver. This is mainly due to use of corticosteroid, thus causing hepatitis.

Yellow skin and eyes, which may be signs of jaundice.

DIET TIPS FOR HEPATITIS A,B,C,D,E.
1.ADD PLENTY OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES like apple,berries, grapes,citrus fruits and vegetables(spinach, broccoli, cauliflower,carrots,bell peppers and sweet potatoes.
Take care to thoroughly wash and then use. Fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants. These help to reduce the damage to liver cells, increase immunity and fight infection. The antioxidants also remove all the toxins from the liver thus improving the liver functionality.
2.EAT BALANCED MEAL.
A high calorie, adequate protein and carbohydrate and a low fat diet is what a hepatitis patient requires.
3.EAT WHOLE GRAIN BREAD AND MILLETS.
Consume complex carbohydrates in easy to digest forms. It can be like oats porridge or chapatti or daliya or jowar roti or jowar and bajra khichdi. These provide carbohydrates to rebuild and repair liver cells and for fast recovery.
4.EAT GOOD QUALITY SOURCE OF PROTEINS.
Low fat dairy and products, egg, chicken, fish or soy provide proteins for recovery of liver cells.
