A significant milestone for Desh Rakshak as the 45th Annual General Meeting of Desh Rakshak Aushdhalaya Ltd. was successfully concluded on 25 September 2026 at the company’s registered office in Kankhal, Haridwar.
The company shared its improved performance for FY 2025–26, along with key developments including a two-year agreement with the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) for the supply and distribution of medicines and the availability of its products on Amazon.
With a legacy spanning over a century, and its shares continuously listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange for 31 years, Desh Rakshak continues to look ahead with renewed purpose.
The meeting concluded with shareholders extending their good wishes for the company’s continued growth and a promising future.
