A Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy was done in SRA Medical Care Foundation on 28/02/26-- Lt side, upper and midpolar endophytic mass -- 7.5 cm in diameter.
During surgery, system opened, repair done by vicryl, kidney closed with V Lock suture and haemolock clip.
Almost hemi nephrectomy done. Till now drain put is not alarming.
OT time -- 4 hours, Renal artery clamping time -- 35 mins.
24 hours drain output 130 ml serosanguinous fluid.
Patient is haemodynamically stable and doing well. Semisolid diet allowed.
