🌸

I know you wish to attend Seva 2026 but you may be busy or unable to travel, but don’t 😞 despair.
We have my session online over Zoom on 19th Sep between 2 pm-3:30 pm on the Ramayana.
How is this going to be unique. Read on…
✨ SEVA 2026 — A SPECIAL RAMAYANA EXPERIENCE ✨( Fee- 3 k )

Have you ever wondered if your soul has a connection with the time of the Ramayana?

What if you had lived during that ancient Yuga?
What role might you have played?
What experiences might have shaped you?
And what lessons may have remained incomplete — continuing to appear in your life even today?

As part of SEVA 2026, I will be conducting a special 90-minute Past Life Session inspired by the Ramayana.

Before the session, each participant will receive a specially designed Ramayana Character Questionnaire.

Through this exploration, you will discover:

🌿 Which Ramayana character or archetype you may embody today
🌿 Which qualities, patterns or emotional themes you may be carrying
🌿 What your possible incomplete lesson could be
🌿 What you may still be learning, healing or transforming in this lifetime

The character you identify with may become a mirror for your own life — helping you recognise patterns, relationships, choices and challenges that continue to unfold in the present.

During the Past Life Session, you will be invited to explore this connection at a deeper level and reflect upon what it may reveal about your soul’s journey, unfinished lessons and inner evolution.

Perhaps the Ramayana is not only a story from an ancient Yuga.
Perhaps its characters are archetypes through which we continue to understand ourselves.

🌺 Join me for this unique 90-minute online experience during SEVA 2026.

Come with curiosity.
Come with an open mind.
Come ready to explore the deeper story of your soul.

🌸 Colour. Breathe. Reconnect. 🌸

Mandala colouring is more than just a creative activity—it can become a beautiful little meditation. 🪷✨

🎨 Benefits of Mandala Colouring:
• 🧘‍♀️ Helps calm the mind and reduce everyday stress
• 🌿 Encourages mindfulness and present-moment awareness
• 💫 Improves focus and concentration
• 🧠 Engages creativity and self-expression
• 🌈 Creates a sense of inner balance and harmony
• 💗 Gives the mind a gentle break from overthinking
• 🌙 Can be a soothing ritual before rest or meditation

As you colour each circle, pattern and layer, allow yourself to slow down…
There is nowhere to rush to. Nothing to prove. Just you, your colours, and this moment. 🌺

✨ Sometimes healing begins with simply allowing yourself to create. ✨

Revisiting a beautiful memory of learning to access Akashik Records🙏

I always wanted to learn Akashik Record Reading. Somehow it was not happening until the divine timing came and everything fell in place. Soumya is not only a dear friend but also a very pure soul and a great great teacher.
Eternally grateful to the universe and Sai baba for giving this immense opportunity to learn….this is the key to every possible knowledge and yes,it’s available to our consciousness if we are pure enough in heart.

We started the journey of Atmadeep - a weekly kids’ meditation class in June 2026 and after 3 months of continuous practice here’s what the mothers say about the kids.Their growing confidence and peace of mind is a truly encouraging sign for us. Me being a mother of a 10 year old feel that meditation truly helps a kid to regulate the everyday challenges.
If you want your kid to join the class, feel free to send a message in the inbox or the number given in the poster.

Meeting your Guru is always a very special occasion. The person who transformed my life along with so many thousands of people - The one and only Dr. Trupti Jayin.
She came all the way from Mumbai to Kolkata for her 2days Past Life Regression Therapy workshop. Every year she visits Kolkata around August.
This time we could grab some time out with her for a dinner with the fellow therapists here.
