Position: Senior Civil Construction Leader – Ex*****on
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Civil Construction Leader with 18–25 years of hands-on ex*****on experience in high-rise residential and villa projects.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of independently leading large-scale civil ex*****on teams, contractors, and complex construction activities, along with a minimum of 5 years of direct exposure to Top Management / Senior Leadership.
🔹 Key Requirements
✅ B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
✅ 18–25 years of total experience
✅ Strong hands-on Site Civil Ex*****on experience
✅ Proven experience in High-Rise Residential Projects
✅ Strong experience in Villa Projects
✅ Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end construction activities
✅ Experience managing large civil ex*****on teams
✅ Strong Contractor & Vendor Management skills
✅ Excellent Planning, Ex*****on & Project Coordination capabilities
✅ Minimum 5 years of direct exposure to Top Management / Senior Leadership
✅ Ability to independently handle and resolve major project ex*****on challenges
✅ Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management capabilities
⭐ Preferred Experience
• Large-scale / Luxury Residential Projects
• Handling multiple towers / multiple project phases
• Experience with reputed Real Estate / Construction Organizations
• Exposure to modern construction technologies, systems and methodologies
• Strong understanding of Project Controls, MIS, Planning & Monitoring Systems
• Proven ability to drive quality, safety, productivity, cost and project timelines
