We all can do 30 to 45 mins exercise daily .... Decide what do you like ... Walking , Jogging , skipping , yoga , aerobics , jumba, gym ,dancing , cycling , skating etc and fix 45min of yr day for it.
Just keep your phone in yr bag and enjoy that 45 mins.
Get your exercise partner and motivate each other .
Interesting in 90days ,we all can a have a fitter, healther body.
Today is the day ....... Dont postpone find yr exercise partner ... can be yr spouse , classmate ,neighbour ,child ,parent ,close friend.
You will enjoy it and feel very good & Fresh for the whole day.
