“Aaj core workout skip kar du?” 👀

We know the answer. 😌

But postpartum moms, here’s the real reason core work matters 👇

Pregnancy changes your core in more ways than just your tummy’s appearance. Your abdominal muscles, pelvic floor and overall trunk stability go through significant changes—and rebuilding that strength can support better posture, stability, movement and confidence in everyday activities.

But remember: postpartum core training isn’t about doing endless crunches or pushing through pain.

It’s about starting at the right stage, choosing the right exercises, and progressing gradually. 🤍

Because the goal isn’t just a flatter tummy.
It’s a stronger core that supports you through motherhood.

So… skipping today?
Better do it. 😌

Save this for the next time you’re tempted to skip core day. 💪

💬 COMMENT “BACK” & I’LL SEND YOU THE WORKSHOP DETAILS!

Baby in your arms… pain in your back? 🥲

If picking up your baby, breastfeeding, bending, feeding, or carrying your little one leaves you holding your lower back, it may not simply be “part of motherhood.”

Your posture could be playing a bigger role than you think.

After pregnancy and childbirth, the way we sit, stand, bend, lift and carry our babies can put extra stress on the lower back, hips, neck and shoulders. Over time, this can contribute to postpartum back pain, stiffness and discomfort during everyday movements.

And no — the answer isn’t always “just exercise more.”

You need the right movements for your postpartum body, along with better awareness of your posture and the way you move.

So mamas, if your back keeps hurting while doing normal mom-life activities, don’t ignore it. ❤️

Happy Raksha Bandhan to everyone 🌷

I hope you got to spend some good time with your family today.

For me, this is one of the loneliest Raksha Bandhans I’ve had. 💔

Sharing some childhood photographs, we were three siblings. Scroll to see the latest one.

My younger sister left us at the age of 35. And why she left us has a lot to do with why I do what I do today. 🕊️

Postpartum hair fall has entered the chat. 🥲💇‍♀️

One minute you’re just touching your hair… and the next, you’re wondering, “Is all of this actually mine?!” 😭

Postpartum hair shedding is common and is often linked to the hormonal changes that happen after childbirth. But that doesn’t mean you have to ignore it or feel helpless about it.

There are simple things you can do to support healthy hair and your recovery during this phase. 🤍

PCOS is more than irregular periods. 🩷

It can affect multiple hormones and show up through symptoms like: • Insulin resistance & stubborn weight gain
• Excess facial hair, hair fall & acne
• Irregular periods & spotting
• Skin darkening & pigmentation
• Sleep issues, fatigue & mood changes

But here’s the important part: not every symptom means you have a hormone imbalance, and PCOS doesn’t affect everyone in the same way. Proper evaluation matters.

If you’re struggling with PCOS symptoms, irregular periods, hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, acne, weight gain or hair fall, understanding your hormones is a good place to start.

💬 Comment “HORMONE” and I’ll send you the guide.

Motherhood has no “easy stage.” 🤍

Pregnancy changes your body.
Birth changes your body.
Breastfeeding demands so much from you.
And sleep… well, sleep becomes a luxury. 😅

Every stage comes with its own challenges — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

So instead of asking, “Which stage is the hardest?”
maybe we should ask, “How can we support mothers through every stage?” 🫶

Because postpartum recovery isn’t just about getting your body “back.” It’s about feeling strong, supported, informed, and cared for while you navigate motherhood.

💬 Moms, which stage has been the most challenging for you?

Some conversations stay with you long after an event ends. 💛

Our first FitterHer offline event was more than a community stall.

It gave us the chance to meet women face-to-face, listen to their stories, answer questions, and understand how much confusion still exists around postpartum health and recovery.

We spoke to mothers dealing with:

🤰 Diastasis Recti & mummy tummy
💪 Core weakness after pregnancy
⚖️ Postpartum weight changes
🧘‍♀️ Difficulty getting back to movement
🩺 Questions around C-section recovery and rehabilitation

We also met women who were many years past pregnancy and were still struggling with changes in their bodies.

And that was perhaps the biggest takeaway:

Postpartum care isn't only about the first few months after delivery. The effects of pregnancy can stay with a woman for years when the right guidance and rehabilitation are missing.

Through our free DR assessments, we were able to start conversations that many women had never had before.

For us, this event wasn't just about assessments or activities.

It was about education, early awareness, listening to women, and making postpartum fitness and rehabilitation more accessible.

From balloons and games for the little ones 🎈 to serious conversations about women's health, the day had everything—laughter, learning, surprises and some very meaningful connections.

Our first offline step reminded us of something important:

There are women who need this conversation.
We just have to keep showing up where they are.

This is only the beginning for FitterHer. 🌸

4 months postpartum. 79 kg → 72 kg. 41" → 36". DR: 4 cm → 1.5 cm. ❤️

When Mandara started her postpartum recovery journey, she was just 4 months postpartum and looking for a way to feel stronger and more like herself again.

Today, her progress tells the story. ✨

⚖️ 7 kg weight loss
📏 5 inches off her waist
🧍‍♀️ Diastasis Recti reduced from 4 cm to 1.5 cm
💪 Feeling more active and confident

But perhaps the biggest change wasn’t on the weighing scale.

She started feeling more confident, more active, and more connected to her body. 🌸

Her journey wasn’t about quick fixes. It was about consistency, proper guidance, and the right support—one day at a time.

And her message to every postpartum mom is simple:

“Please don’t give up. Your body has been through so much. Give it patience, care, and love.” ❤️

Mandara, your progress is a reminder that small, consistent efforts can create meaningful change. 🌿

Motherhood can drain your battery to 1%… 🔋

The early mornings.
The interrupted sleep.
The endless mental load.
The feeding, cleaning, planning, working, and worrying.
And somehow, you’re still expected to keep going. ❤️‍🩹

Sometimes one little hug can make your heart feel full again. 🥹❤️
But mama, remember: you deserve more than moments of recharge. You deserve regular care too.

✨ Rest when you can.
✨ Nourish your body.
✨ Move in a way that supports your recovery.
✨ Ask for help.
✨ Make space for yourself without guilt.

Because a healthy, supported mother isn’t being selfish—she’s taking care of the person who takes care of everyone else. 🤍
