Stay Safe This Summer ☀️
With rising temperatures, it’s important to stay alert to heat-related illnesses.
Heat Exhaustion can cause heavy sweating, weakness, dizziness, headache, nausea, and cramps. If ignored, it can worsen.
Heat Stroke is a medical emergency 🚨
Watch for high body temperature, confusion, dry or hot skin, rapid pulse, and unconsciousness. Immediate medical care is critical.
Protect Yourself: 💧 Stay hydrated
🕶️ Avoid peak sun hours (11 AM – 4 PM)
👕 Wear light, breathable clothing
🧢 Use hats, sunglasses & sunscreen
❄️ Take breaks in cool/shaded areas
🚫 Avoid heavy activity in extreme heat
