First of all thank you so much for such a huge love and respect I am getting from PAN India. My one of the aims you can say to motivate and educate people on how good diet and food habits can really change their life. Dieting never says to sacrifice everything and lead a boring life. Add spices in your diet also as we add it in our life.

We all are quite confused what to eat in snacks especially around 4-6 pm and often ended up eating Panipuri/any fried items/chips etc...

Make your snacks a bit healthy
AND

1. Take Cashew(2), roasted almonds(2), Roasted flax seeds, sesame seeds and chia seeds (1 TSP means 1/4 th each) , dry cranberry, blackberry, muskmelon & watermelon seeds.

2. Toast them in a bit of powder Jeera, chaat masala bit of black salt.

3. Add 2 colourfull gems or M&M (sorry I did not have that) for your sweet craving

4. 1/2 TSP of peanut butter (optional)

That's it your snack is ready. You can carry this snacks while

FULL OF FIBRE, MAGNESIUM,GOOD FAT, PROTEIN,ANTIOXIDANT, CALCIUM. In short a

Here it is...A nutritious yet healthy mango snack using simple available foods.


1. 4 pcs of mango
2. Curd or yogurt
3. Mint, coriander, green chilli chutney
4. Seeds mixture ( flaxseed, sesame seed, chia seed)



Dry roast 1 tsp seeds mixture and keep aside. Mix 100 gm curd 4 pcs of mango, green chutney together. Sprinkle seeds mixture on the top. Here you go nutrilicious snack is ready to satisfy your tastebuds.


1. As we all know curd or yogurt is an excellent probiotic to enhance your gut bacteria and improve digestion.
2. Flaxseeds, chiaseeds are rich is fibre and protein along with that I have added sesame seeds to give it a power of calcium.
3. Green chutney for tangy flavour and freshness.
4. Last but not the least not only give you seasonal freshness but also high in fibre, protein,magnesium and many more nutrients inspite of it's sugar and calorie content.

Always remember and enjoy every seasonal foods.

Drink a glass of water with 1 TSP of soaked chia seeds. Easy to prepare, high in protein and fibre which give satiety.

HOW TO PREPARE?
It does not need any preparation time but need chia seeds and plain drinking water.

Soak 1 TSP of chia seeds in 1 glass of water once you wake up. By 4-5 hours it will swells up to form a gel texture.

Carry with yourself in office or work place to drink as a mid morning snack. It will helps to give a cooling effect and curb your hanger pangs I'm lunch.

SMALL TIP: you can add this gel to your buttermilk/vegetable juice/lassi.
