Not every PCOS supplement needs to âfixâ your hormones to be useful. đ
Some supplements target insulin resistance.
Some help with inflammation.
And some simply make PCOS feel more manageable by improving sleep, cravings, PMS, stress, or energy.
The problem?
Most people are taking random supplement stacks without understanding:
⨠what they actually do
⨠whether they have evidence
⨠or whether they even fit their symptoms
And remember:
PCOS is not a supplement deficiency.
No supplement can outwork:
poor sleep
chronic stress
low protein intake
no movement
unmanaged blood sugar patterns
Use supplements strategically, not emotionally.
