Sripath Medical Systems Celebrates World Youth Skills Day by Empowering Young Women in Medical Device Manufacturing
Hyderabad, July 15, 2026: Sripath Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd., a Hyderabad-based medical technology company specializing in advanced wound care, celebrated World Youth Skills Day at its ISO 7 clean room manufacturing facility in Kushaiguda, highlighting its commitment to youth skill development and women’s empowerment.
The event was graced by Shri Budaraju Sudhakar, former Chief Human Resources Officer of Tata Group companies, who emphasized the importance of technical education, vocational skills, and continuous learning in building a future-ready workforce. Mr. Anantha B. Ramachandran, Director of Sripath Medical Systems, felicitated the Chief Guest for his significant contributions to human resource development.
A key highlight of the event was the certification of eight young women who successfully completed specialized training in the manufacturing of Class C medical devices at the company’s ISO 7-compliant clean room facility. The trainees, who are now part of the production team, received certificates from the Chief Guest.
Founded in 2021, Sripath Medical Systems develops innovative technologies for advanced wound care. Its flagship product, ZioHeal, approved by the CDSCO for commercial production, is a Zeolite-Iodine Complex wound dressing designed to support the treatment of chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers and pressure sores. The company is also developing several advanced wound care and emergency care products under CDSCO test licenses.
Led by Dr. Krishna Prasad Adluri, Senior Cardiovascular Surgeon (MS, FRCS, MD), and Mr. Anantha Balasubramaniam Ramachandran, IIT Delhi alumnus and Chemical Engineer, Sripath Medical Systems combines clinical expertise with scientific innovation to deliver next-generation healthcare solutions through a multidisciplinary team of experts.
