ek baar poochiye apne aap se:
"Yeh insaan andar se kya feel kar raha hai?"
"Kisse darta hai? Kya prove karna chahta hai?"

Aur agar aap khud woh insaan hain —
toh question yeh nahi hai:
"Sab mujhe kyun provoke karte hain?"

Question yeh hai:
"Main kya protect kar raha hoon?"

Your anxiety didn't come from nowhere.
It came from 3 words repeated throughout your childhood —
"Log kya kahenge?"
And your brain learned:
other people's opinions = threat.
Now as an adult — you freeze, you delete, you shrink.
Not because you're weak. Because you were conditioned.
By people who were also conditioned.
The cycle breaks when you ask yourself one question:
"Is this MY fear — or someone else's voice in my head?"
Nobody is watching you as closely as you think.
"Log" are too busy worrying about what log think of them. 😶
