बच्चों की हर Skin Condition के लिए Treatment ज़रूरी नहीं होता! 👶🏻🩷

नवजात और छोटे बच्चों की स्किन पर कुछ ऐसे बदलाव दिखाई दे सकते हैं जो देखने में चिंता वाली लगते हैं, लेकिन अक्सर ये normal & self-limiting conditions होती हैं और समय के साथ खुद ठीक हो जाती हैं।

🔹 1. Pityriasis Alba
चेहरे पर छोटे-छोटे हल्के/सफेद पैच दिखाई दे सकते हैं।
👉 Moisturizer और नियमित sunscreen मददगार होते हैं।

🔹 2. Mongolian Spot
नवजात शिशुओं की lower back या buttocks के आसपास blue-grey/blackish patches दिखाई दे सकते हैं।
👉 आमतौर पर ये समय के साथ धीरे-धीरे fade हो जाते हैं।

🔹 3. Cradle Cap
स्कैल्प पर yellowish या whitish crust/scales जमा हो सकते हैं।
👉 इन्हें ज़बरदस्ती न हटाएं। स्कैल्प को soften करके mild baby shampoo से gently साफ करें।

🔹 4. Neonatal Acne
नवजात के चेहरे पर छोटे लाल pimples जैसे दाने दिखाई दे सकते हैं।
👉 अक्सर ये अपने आप ठीक हो जाते हैं और treatment की जरूरत नहीं होती।

🔹 5. Erythema Toxicum Neonatorum
नवजात की body पर छोटे लाल, सफेद या कभी-कभी pustule जैसे दाने दिखाई दे सकते हैं।
👉 यह एक common newborn skin condition है और आमतौर पर कुछ दिनों से 1–2 हफ्तों में अपने आप ठीक हो जाती है।
