Today’s lifestyle has made stress look normal. Constant notifications, poor sleep, long working hours, emotional pressure, screen fatigue, irregular meals, and the inability to truly slow down have quietly become part of everyday life.

But the body keeps score.

In foundational medicine, we often see symptoms like bloating, stubborn belly fat, poor recovery, fatigue, fatty liver, cravings, high cholesterol, blood sugar imbalance, poor sleep, and even inflammation linked back to one major root cause ➡️chronic stress and elevated cortisol levels, yes even for men.

The problem is that many people try to fix these symptoms only through stricter diets, supplements, extreme workouts, or restriction, while the nervous system continues to stay in survival mode.
