Adani Group is preparing one of its biggest airport expansion moves in India. According to the report, the group plans to invest between โน90,000 crore and โน1 lakh crore across its airport portfolio over the next five years.
Jeet Adani, Director of Adani Airport Holdings, said the plan remains on track as the company looks to strengthen aviation infrastructure and connectivity.
The announcement came as Mundra Airport began commercial flight operations with Star Air, connecting Kutch with cities like Mumbai and Goa.
The group also plans to participate strongly when the government opens bidding for 11 new airports.
This move shows Adaniโs growing focus on Indiaโs aviation economy, regional connectivity, tourism, trade and passenger growth.
With new terminals, better airport services and more routes, the investment could reshape airport infrastructure in
India and turn places like Mundra into stronger business and logistics hubs over the coming years for faster development.
