❌ मिथक: गर्भावस्था में पपीता खाने से हमेशा नुकसान होता है।
✅ सच: पूरी तरह पका हुआ पपीता सीमित मात्रा में सामान्यतः सुरक्षित माना जाता है। अपनी डॉक्टर की सलाह अवश्य लें।

❌ मिथक: दो लोगों का खाना ज़रूरी है।
✅ सच: ज़रूरत है पौष्टिक और संतुलित आहार की, न कि दोगुनी मात्रा की।
