Under the Guidance of worthy Director Ayush J&K Dr.Ajay Tikoo Sir and supervision of Respected District Ayush Officer Jammu Dr.Rakesh Raina Sir, School Health camp was organised by Dr Himani Bhutyal ( Medical officer ) and Mrs Sheetal Khajuria ( yoga instructor) at Jesus care convent School in collaboration with Amar ujala under the theme-Nashamukt Bharat Abhiyan /prelude activities of IDY 2026 in presence of Principal Mrs. Renu Anthony and Mr Gyanander Shukla (editor Amar ujala ).following activities were done:
1. Awareness lecture on ill effects of substance abuse
2. Awareness on importance of Yoga for physical & mental health well being and in drug de addiction .
3. Yoga demonstration by Mrs Sheetal Khajuria ( Yoga instructor).
4. Free distribution of Ayush Medicines
5.Free health checkup 6. Nasha mukti Pledge was taken by students and staff .

Himani bhutyal and Dr Madhu Sharma ( Medical officers) today on 10-04-2026 at DBN School on the theme Nasha Mukt Bharat .
Activities done:-
1. Health check up along with free Ayush medicines distributed as per ailment.
2.Awareness lecture on Drug Abuse was delivered .

Awareness regarding AYUSH and it's role in healthy living was given along with free medicine distribution as per ailment.

Bajalta under the theme NASHA MUKT BHARAT ABHIYAN and PRELUDE ACTIVITIES OF IDY 2026 in which following activities were done :-
1. Awareness lecture on harmful effects of Drug abuse on physical and mental health.
2. Awareness on benefits of YOGA for healthy living.
3.Healthy lifestyle practices.
4. Pledge taken and awareness rally conducted.
