An online lecture on Ayurvedic Cosmetology was organized by the Department of Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurveda University, Jodhpur, under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Professor (Vaidya) Govind Sahay Shukla.
The keynote speaker, Dr. Rashmi Manoj Ved, Ayurvedic Cosmetologist and Director, Geeta Ayurveda, Pune (Maharashtra), explained that Ayurvedic cosmetology is not limited to enhancing external beauty but aims at balancing internal doshas to achieve safe and long-lasting results. She also highlighted various Ayurvedic cosmetic products such as soaps, hair masks, lipsticks, and serums.
The program was attended online by Head of the Department Professor (Dr.) Rajaram Agrawal, DTL Director Dr. Manisha Goyal, Rasyan Shala Director Dr. Vijaypal Tyagi, faculty members, and postgraduate scholars. The lecture was smoothly conducted by Dr. Yukta Singh.
The session was informative and academically beneficial for all participants.
