Yoga plays a very important role in pregnancy. Generally, mums who do yoga exercises appear , both in mind and body. Their bodies are more , which enables them to adapt to various positions when in labour and the are more , which in turn can help to reduce labour pain.

Yoga help to boost and also help with fluid retention. The exercises relieve aches and pains.

Posture is also improved by yoga and this can help ease back problems, which are common in pregnant women.

Yoga helps to prepare for the - it encourages and # body , reduces worry and teaches women to adapt to new situations.

Yoga could be the most important regime/ lifestyle to combat anxiety thanks to its unique breathing, meditative and stretching sequences, all rolled into one practice.
Medical research tells us that yoga changes your brain in wonderful ways. Practicing yoga may elevate brain gamma-aminobutyric levels (GABA), the brain's primary inhibitory neurotransmitter (sometimes referred to as your body’s “chill out” neurotransmitter).

Findings from the study:

🧘‍♂️ Practicing yoga resulted in improving symptoms associated with depression, anxiety and epilepsy. In experienced yoga practitioners, brain GABA levels increase after a session of yoga.
🧘‍♂️ The findings suggest that the practice of yoga be explored as a possible treatment for depression and anxiety, disorders associated with low GABA levels.
