আজি (SSP) শ্ৰী চুব্ৰজ্যোতি হাজৰিকা, আই পি এছ ডাঙৰীয়াৰ সৈতে বেক টু লাইফ ফাউণ্ডেশ্যনৰ ডাইৰেক্টৰ শ্ৰী অম্লান জ্যোতি বৰা আৰু UADRCA-ৰ সভাপতি শ্ৰী আফতাব খানে সাক্ষাৎ কৰি আগন্তুক International Overdose Awareness Day উপলক্ষে এক গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ আৰু ফলপ্ৰসূ আলোচনা কৰে।

আলোচনাত বিশেষকৈ Overdose Prevention, জনসচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি, সময়মতে সহায় আৰু প্ৰতিৰোধমূলক ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণৰ ওপৰত গুৰুত্ব আৰোপ কৰা হয়।

ইয়াৰ লগতে যোৰহাট জিলাৰ বিভিন্ন Rehabilitation Centre-ৰ SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) সঠিকভাৱে পালন আৰু মানসম্পন্নভাৱে পৰিচালনা কৰাৰ বিষয়তো বিস্তৃত আলোচনা কৰা হয়। Rehabilitation Centreসমূহে নিৰ্ধাৰিত guideline আৰু SOP অনুসৰি কেনেদৰে সঠিকভাৱে সেৱা আগবঢ়াব লাগে, সেই বিষয়ত গুৰুত্ব দিয়া হয়।

যিসকল Rehabilitation Centre-এ নিয়ম-নীতি আৰু SOP অনুসৰণ কৰি দায়িত্বশীলভাৱে সেৱা আগবঢ়াই আহিছে, তেওঁলোকৰ ভাল কামক উৎসাহিত কৰাৰ লগতে যিসকল প্ৰতিষ্ঠানে নিৰ্ধাৰিত নিয়ম-নীতি পালনত গাফিলতি কৰে, তেওঁলোকৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত প্ৰয়োজন অনুসৰি কঠোৰ আৰু যথাযথ ব্যৱস্থা গ্ৰহণ কৰাৰ বিষয়েও আলোচনা কৰা হয়।

ড্ৰাগছৰ অপব্যৱহাৰ আৰু Overdose-ৰ বিৰুদ্ধে যুঁজখন কেৱল এটা সংস্থাৰ নহয়—প্ৰশাসন, আৰক্ষী, স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগ, Rehabilitation Centre, সামাজিক সংগঠন আৰু সমাজৰ সকলো শ্ৰেণীৰ লোকৰ সমন্বিত প্ৰচেষ্টাৰ প্ৰয়োজন।

Together for a Drug-Free Future! 💙

On the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse & Illicit Trafficking (26th June), the Upper Assam Drug Rehabilitation Centres Association (UADRCA) proudly participated in the awareness initiatives organized by the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of Assam. The day began with a Mini Marathon promoting awareness and healthy living, followed by a meaningful programme at Kalakshetra.

We were deeply honoured by the gracious presence of Hon'ble Minister of Social Justice & Empowerment, Sri Aswini Ray Sarkar, and Hon'ble MLA of Dispur Constituency, Sri Pradyut Bordoloi, whose inspiring words strengthened our shared commitment towards building a drug-free Assam.

UADRCA sincerely thanks the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, all participating rehabilitation centres, volunteers, supporters, and every individual who contributed to the success of this important initiative.

Together, let us continue spreading awareness, supporting recovery, and working towards a healthier, safer, and drug-free society.

A successful Joint Meeting of A.D.R.C.A. & U.A.D.R.C.A. was held on 15th June 2026 at Guwahati in the presence of Shri Jitu Borgohain, Vice Chairman, State Anti Drug & Prohibition Council of Assam. Important resolutions were adopted to strengthen rehabilitation services, promote accountability, and enhance community awareness across Assam.
