CT Angio revealed - Peripheral Artery Disease with occluded both thigh Artery (SFA).
Percutaneous Angioplasty and Stenting done through a small pinhole in groin under under local anesthesia.
Patient walking normally from next day.

Adrenal Venous Sampling (AVS) is
needed when doctors suspect that if one or both adrenal glands are producing too much aldosterone, a hormone that controls blood pressure. This can cause high blood pressure that doesn’t improve with regular medicines.
Since regular tests like CT scans can’t always show which gland is causing the problem, AVS is done to directly measure aldosterone levels from each adrenal gland.
AVS is a minimally invasive Interventional Radiology procedure, where a thin tube (catheter) is inserted via groin region into adrenal veins, and blood samples are taken.
This helps doctors decide on the best treatment, whether surgery or medication, to control high blood pressure.

Patient is a 67yr old lady came with complaint of abdominal pain, diagnosed to have a large infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm with contained rupture.
EndoVascular Aneurysm Repair (EVAR) under GA done successfully by Interventional Radiology & CTVS team with support from Anaesthesia & Cardiology.

Landmark achievement by Anaesthesia, CTVS, Radiology and Cardiology team. First surgery done in our Cardiac Cath Lab where a large abdominal aortic aneurysm was successfully operated. Congratulations to entire team !!
