Some moments in medicine stay with you forever… 💫

I first met this little one when she was just 2 years old, battling a serious liver disease. It was a challenging time for the family, but with timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment, she recovered beautifully—and thankfully did not require a liver transplant.

Years later, while I was at a conference for a lecture, her family came all the way to meet me after learning I was there. Seeing her now—healthy, smiling, and thriving—was truly overwhelming.

Grateful for moments like these that remind us why we chose this path. ❤️

Medicine heals, but these connections stay for a lifetime.
