दिन में कितनी बार खाना चाहिए? 🌿

इसका एक जवाब हर किसी के लिए सही नहीं हो सकता।

आपका काम कैसा है, आपकी दिनचर्या कैसी है और शरीर की आवश्यकता क्या है — इन सबके अनुसार भोजन की ज़रूरत अलग हो सकती है।

लेकिन कितनी बार खाते हैं से पहले, एक और बात पर ध्यान देना शायद अधिक महत्वपूर्ण है — कैसे खाते हैं।

अगले 7 दिन, बस ये 4 छोटे प्रयोग करके देखिए:

* पहले निवाले से पहले 10 सेकंड रुकें — एक गहरी साँस, प्रार्थना या कृतज्ञता।
* दिन में कम-से-कम एक भोजन बिना मोबाइल या TV के करें।
* कभी-कभी हाथ से भोजन करें — उसके तापमान और बनावट को महसूस करें।
* यदि सहज हो, भोजन के बाद 5 मिनट वज्रासन में बैठकर अपने अनुभव को देखें।

कोई नई diet नहीं।
