✨🎉A Proud Milestone for DigiSwasthya Foundation! ✨🎉

We are delighted to announce the inauguration of DigiSwasthya Foundation Telemedicine Centre No. 14 (DS-014) at Primary Health Centre (PHC), Khalapur, Raigad, Maharashtra, marking another milestone in making quality healthcare accessible through digital innovation. With this launch, DigiSwasthya Foundation now operates 14 Telemedicine Centres across Nagpur, Pune, Nashik, Palghar, and Raigad, expanding access to healthcare for underserved communities in Maharashtra.

Established in collaboration with Larsen & Toubro Public Charitable Trust (LTPCT), with CSR support from L&T Realty and in partnership with the District Health Department, Raigad, the centre will serve nearly 59,000 people across 7 sub-centres.

The centre provides free specialist teleconsultations in General Medicine, Paediatrics, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Dermatology, ENT, and other specialties. It also supports Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) enrolment, making quality healthcare more accessible and affordable for rural families.

By connecting patients with specialist doctors through technology, the Telemedicine Centre reduces travel, lowers healthcare costs, and strengthens the public healthcare system.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to L&T Realty, Larsen & Toubro Public Charitable Trust (LTPCT), the District Health Department, Raigad, healthcare professionals, local administration, and community leaders for their unwavering support in making this initiative possible.

🏥✨ A New Milestone for DigiSwasthya Foundation!

We are delighted to announce the successful inauguration of a new DigiSwasthya Foundation Centre at Borgaon PHC, Nashik, Maharashtra.

The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of our respected dignitaries:
