Even though I'm hesitant, she insists.
Look here, the plants from the seeds she gave me.

Do you think it's merely because of the shape that different asanas are named after different birds and animals, and different elements in nature?
Not necessarily.
Yoga, as the name signifies, unifies.
Unifies what?!
Our small self with the unfathomable universal self.
When it happens, we realises the true unity of the whole creation.
Even when we exist as individual self, we're connected with everything around.
