This new moon peaks at 1:27pm in Virgo. Instead of striving for perfection, this new moon is asking you to trust the process and take one step toward your dreams.

On Saturday, my bestie and I went to a workshop in Canberra; Reclaiming the Women of Your Lineage.

It had been planned for months and I had forgotten about it in the midst of daily life.

When we arrived, with some key personal items in hand, it was rainy, cold and moody. Perfect.

I took two things with me - Momo’s prayer book and Peppie’s hand-knitted scarf. A piece from each of my grandmothers.

It was big. Emotional, cleansing, deep and powerful!
We inherit so much more than names and DNA.

I’m grateful for what they passed down... the things I’ll carry and the things I’ll let go.

The day left me with an overwhelming sense of freedom.

Sometimes I feel alone.

I don’t say it though. I hold up a strong persona. I wear a great armour - heavy, but strong and effective.

This week, Julie Parker asked me to consider what I’m swallowing because I’m afraid of how it will land. It turns out, this is it.

80 years young 🤍

The amazing Dolly Parton has been an idol of mine since I was a child. Today, I’m remembering all the things I loved about her.

She was unique, colourful, true to herself and absolutely fabulous!!

Vale Dolly. The spirit world just got a lot brighter with you in it 🤍
