Job function: Administration - Front Desk
Roles and Responsibilities
• Maintaining the reception and front desk,
• Managing the doctor operation schedules/ patients meeting and Visits etc
• Updating the Excel and register on daily basis
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Handle incoming calls, feedback and enquires from patients

Skills Required
Technical:
• Mandatory: Ms office
• Qualification: 12th Pass and Above

General:
• Good Communication Skills
• Verbal and written English communication skills
• Organisational and time management skills.
