Another example to consider is that of oil. Extracting oil using organically grown oilseeds is good provided the process is carried out in a wooden ghani and not on an expeller. The desi seeds, the wood-press technique, etc. is all about going back to the roots. It is going back from where we all started. Organic grass-fed Cow Ghee makes more sense when it is prepared using indigenous Cow milk and such milk is entirely converted to yoghurt to extract the ghee. I repeat, it shall be whole milk yoghurt ghee to make you experience the benefits of it. Thus, organic food is important, but the processes used to produce or manufacture that food is more important.
