Story of My Mother-
ती “healthy” खात होती…
पण शरीरात inflammation वाढत होतं
एक छोटी सवय सगळं बिघडवत होती.

Rajma salad is a great choice—high protein, fiber-rich, and perfect for healing diets (especially for your clients dealing with fatigue, recovery, or weight issues). The key is to make it light, digestible, and anti-inflammatory, not heavy like typical chaat.

🥗 RAJMA SALAD
🛒 Ingredients (2 servings)
1 cup boiled rajma (soft, well-cooked)
½ cup cucumber (finely chopped)
½ cup tomato (de-seeded)
2 tbsp onion (optional, finely chopped)
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
½ tsp black pepper
Pink salt / rock salt (as needed)
1 tsp lemon juice 🍋
1 tsp cold-pressed olive oil (optional)
👩‍🍳 Preparation
Wash and soak rajma overnight (very important for digestion)
Pressure cook till soft (no hardness)
In a bowl, add rajma + all chopped veggies
Add spices + lemon juice
Mix gently
Add olive oil at the end (optional)

👉 Add 1 pinch hing (asafoetida) → reduces gas

So diet should avoid anything that increases blockage, gas, or slows movement.

❌ FOODS TO AVOID IN INTESTINAL OBSTRUCTION
1. High-Fiber (Rough) Foods – biggest mistake
These can worsen blockage
Raw vegetables (cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli)
Salad (cucumber, carrot, onion raw)
Fruit with peel (apple, guava)
Sprouts
Whole grains (brown rice, oats, multigrain roti)

👉 Reason: Fiber adds bulk → cannot pass through blocked intestine
2. Gas-Producing Foods
Beans (rajma, chole, chana)
Lentils in excess
Carbonated drinks (soda, cold drinks)
