Don’t ignore the messages your body is giving you. Pay attention to your relationships too. If you see a red flag, have that conversation. Don’t brush things under the carpet or keep postponing what needs to be addressed. Sometimes, facing a situation honestly today ,can save us from a much bigger upheaval tomorrow.

And just for today, avoid taking any major decisions. Travel safely and be mindful of your surroundings.
