🥤 Is your whey really worth the money?

Before you buy, check **3 things** 👇

1️⃣ Protein percentage— Check protein per serving, not just the front label.
2️⃣ Processing method— Look for quality whey processing.
3️⃣ Independent testing— Make sure you’re actually getting what the label promises.

💡 Don’t just read the label. Know what’s inside.

Choose Your Whey Protein Mindfully
Not all whey proteins are created equal.
Before you buy a whey protein, don’t just look at the brand name, protein per scoop, or the price. Turn the pack around and read the label.
Here’s what to check:
1. Protein source
Is it Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC), Whey Protein Isolate (WPI), Hydrolysed Whey, or a blend?
WPI is more highly purified; according to Indian food standards, whey protein isolate has a minimum milk-protein specification of 90%.
2. Extraction / processing method
Look for transparency about how the whey is processed—such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration or ion-exchange. Different methods can affect the final protein composition and purity.
3. Ingredient list
The shorter and clearer the ingredient list, the easier it is to understand what you’re actually consuming.
Check for unnecessary additions such as:
Excessive gums and thickeners
Multiple artificial flavours
Added sugars or maltodextrin
Multiple sweeteners
Unnecessary fillers
Additives aren't automatically “bad,” but you should know why they are there and whether you actually need them.
4. Protein quality—not just the front label
Compare the serving size, actual protein per serving, carbohydrates, fat and complete ingredient list rather than choosing a product simply because it says “100% whey” or “isolate.”
5. Third-party testing
For athletes or anyone concerned about product quality and contamination, look for credible independent certification such as NSF Certified for Sport or Informed-Choice where applicable.
Remember:
A good whey protein doesn't need the most complicated formula.
Read the label. Understand the processing. Check the ingredients. Then choose.
At Nutrizione, we believe supplements should complement your nutrition—not replace it.

💪 CREATINE ISN’T JUST FOR MEN!
Creatine is one of the most researched and effective sports nutrition supplements — and yes, both men AND women can benefit from it!
🔥 Benefits of Creatine for Men & Women
🏋️ Increases strength & power
Helps improve performance during resistance training, HIIT and other high-intensity activities.
💪 Supports muscle growth
Creatine helps increase training capacity and supports the development and maintenance of lean muscle mass.
⚡ Improves exercise performance
It helps replenish ATP — the body's rapid energy source — allowing you to perform more high-intensity work.
🔄 May support recovery
By helping you train more effectively and consistently, creatine can contribute to better training adaptations.
🧠 May support brain function
Creatine also plays a role in brain energy metabolism, and research suggests potential cognitive benefits in certain situations.
👩 Especially relevant for women
Women can benefit from creatine for strength, muscle preservation and physical performance. It may also be particularly useful during periods when maintaining muscle becomes more challenging, such as perimenopause and menopause.
🥄 How much?
For most healthy adults, 3–5 g of creatine monohydrate daily is a practical maintenance dose.
You do not need to be a bodybuilder to use creatine — and you don't need to take it only on workout days.
💡 Important: Choose creatine monohydrate, the most extensively studied form.
Creatine may cause a small increase in body weight due to increased water stored within muscle cells. This is not the same as gaining body fat.
Strong body. Better performance. More muscle. Creatine is for BOTH.
📩 Want to know whether creatine is suitable for your goals? Consult a qualified nutrition professional before starting supplementation, particularly if you have a medical condition or take medication.

💊 Think every symptom means you need a different magnesium? Think again.

Magnesium supplements aren't a one-size-fits-all solution—and symptoms like **vision changes, swelling, or frequent cravings** shouldn't be self-treated with magnesium.

✨ Don't guess your supplement. Get the right guidance.
