ব্যথা হলে ফিজিওথেরাপিস্টের কাছে আসুন। ব্যথা কমলে ফিজিওথেরাপি করাবেন এই পরামর্শ যে ডাক্তার দেয়, হয় সে ফিজিওথেরাপি ব্যাপারে কিচ্ছু জানে না অথবা আপনাকে ইচ্ছা করেই ব্যথার ঔষধ, স্টেরয়েড বা অনান্য ঔষধ খাওয়া চাইছে।
ব্যথা কমে গেলে ফিজিওথেরাপিতে কেন আসবেন??
