Normal shampoos – usually contains toxic ingredients
Buying hair care shampoo is as important as buying food. You need to look for the product which has labels with clear ingredients listed on it. Some specific ingredients you need to avoid are:
+ Sodium lauryl sulfates – easily cause cataracts in adults and badly affect children’s eyes
+ Ammonium Lauryl sulfate – it is associated with organ toxicity.
+ Derivatives of Lauryl Alcohol – Harmful effect to the organ system and irritate the skin and the eyes
+ Propylene glycol (antifreeze) – Can irritate the skin and lung and contains organ toxicity
+ Olefin sulfonate – this ingredient can be harmful to the organ.
