I prepare a day prior.

Following this ritual has been helping my thyroid lately.

👩‍⚕️ This is the right way to consume the superfoods.

Following this ritual every single morning gives me strength and starts my day on the right note.

🥜🌿 HOW I CONSUME THEM IN THE MORNING
Thyroid medicine in the empty stomach (1st thing in the morning)

35 min.s break ( MUST ) - boil jeera saunf ajwain methi water ( sip it slow )

20 -30 min.s break ( FOR BETTER DIGESTION)

soaked chia seeds & gond katira

soaked raisins and saffron water

soaked nuts ( all of them one after another.

I generally don't take any gap ) Brazil nut.
