This website is not yet complete.

May courage, meaning and dharma prevail to harmonize the chaos of Kaliyuga on the auspicious occasion on Ramnavami.

Shri Rama belonged to the “Ikshvaku” or Solar Dynasty, also called Suryavamsa. Ikshvaku was found by the King with the same name, one of the sons of Manu.

They form one half of the Kshatriya varna and offer prayers to the Sun God (the other half being the Lunar dynasty or Chandravamsa).

Interestingly, many Jain Tirthankaras and Buddha also come from this dynasty.

In Jyotish, meditating on the energy of Rama strengthens the Ravi Graha or Sun at various magnitude at specific Bhavas.

Shri Rama was an ardent devotee of Divine Feminine. His untimely invocation of Durga (akalabodhana) through chanting of Devi Suktam and Ta***ic Mantras led him to solutions to kill Ravana.

Did you read this article going viral?

A paper published in PNAS showed how toxic people around us make us age faster.

Interestingly, nothing shows up in blood report.

Stressful links with toxic people was linked to about 1.5% faster biological ageing which is about 9 months older than the chronological age matched unstressed individuals.

Cortisol is high.

Telomeres shorten faster.

Other symptoms include headache, gut issues, sleep issues, fatigue, anxiety etc.

Study looked at over 2600 samples.

Important Points:

✅ Should we give more importance to relationships that causes stress?

✅ Can this relational stress be relieved by alternate therapy or consciousness based approaches?

Bleuauras is coming to India.

It was born in 2021 in Canada when the world look very different.

We were embracing lockdown.

Survival instincts kicked in.

I started offering Reiki and Meditation classes remotely.

Days later, Shyamosree joined the force blending Art with humanity.

We made friends along this journey.

All of them wanted to experience meaning.

Our spiritual circles mediated awareness.

We learnt more about Spiritual Wisdom and shared stories about India.

At that point, I crossed the 10,000 hours mark of meditation.

The results and impact on my health inspired me to deep dive into the world of healing.

Thanks to the Medical Fraternity of Canada, the Reiki Masters and Yoga Teachers who encouraged me to go ahead.

I met people from the field of Integrative Medicine, attended seminars on Vedas and ta**ra, learnt introductory Sanskrit only to realize the following:

Spirituality is not much about scriptures or displaying a nice spiritual vocabulary.

Spirituality is about awareness of the mind and the body.

Spirituality is about grit while not losing touch from the eternal wisdom.

Spirituality is all about practice, come what may.

The results follow with 100% guarantee.

Awareness breeds simplicity.

Simplicity leads to clarity.

Clarity adds meaning.

Meaning leads to Eternal Happiness.
