Sometimes HbA1c can appear falsely elevated even when your sugar control is better than expected.
Conditions like:
🔴 Iron deficiency anemia
🟡 Vitamin B12 deficiency
🟠 Kidney disease
🟣 Hypothyroidism
can affect the result.

🔎If your HbA1c doesn’t match your home sugar readings or symptoms:
✔️ Don’t panic
✔️ Discuss with your doctor

Since 𝐉𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐌𝐔𝐑𝐈 is becoming a national interest, let's see if it is healthy for our 𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 :

Many people think Jhalmuri is completely “diabetic friendly” because it is light and not fried. But the real story depends on what goes inside the bowl. 👀

⚠️ Puffed rice (muri) has a high glycemic index and can raise blood sugar quickly — especially when eaten in large quantity.

But here’s the good part 👇
You can make it much healthier by balancing it properly:

✅ Less muri
✅ More boiled chola & matar
✅ Add soaked peanuts/sprouts
✅ Lots of onion, cucumber & tomato
✅ Little mustard oil
❌ No/Less potato
❌ No sweet chutney

This simple change can:
✔ Reduce glucose surge
✔ Increase satiety
