Dear Colleges,
Your "100% placement record" brochure needs an update.

TCS just announced the end of mass campus hiring. 12,000 layoffs later, their Chairman said it out loud: "Not hiring the kind of numbers we used to." June 9, 2026

For 20 years, engineering colleges sold one dream: Get in, get placed, get settled. That pipeline just got choked.

So what's Plan B?

Plan B is Plan A for ecell by Ideazfirst.
