17 years old. Fractured humerus. Infected plate. Non-union that wouldn't heal.
Today we did something different — Bone Marrow Aspiration & Injection (BMAC).
Here's the thing: sometimes the body just needs a little help from itself. We took bone marrow stem cells from the hip, concentrated them, and injected them directly into the fracture site. No external graft. No synthetic implant. Just the patient's own biology doing what it does best — healing.
3 months of no progress. Now? We're giving science a chance to work.
Modern orthopedics isn't always about bigger surgeries — sometimes it's about smarter biology. 🦴✨
