Spiritual growth isn’t a straight line 🌿
Some weeks you’re meditating, journaling, showing up.
Other weeks… life happens. You pause. You forget. You restart.
And then the guilt creeps in: « I fell off. I’m starting over again. »
But here’s what Lord Krishna reminds us in the Bhagavad Gita:
« Na hi kalyāṇa-kṛt kaścid durgatiṁ tāta gacchati »
“No one who does good, My friend, ever comes to a bad end. No effort toward the divine is ever lost.” — Bhagavad Gita 6.40
Your prayers didn’t disappear.
Your 5 minutes of silence didn’t go to waste.
The day you chose patience over reaction — that counted too.
Growth isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about coming back. Again and again.
So if you’ve stopped, it’s okay.
If you need to restart today, do it gently.
No guilt. No shame. Just begin where you are.
The path bends, pauses, and loops.
But it never erases what you’ve already walked.
What’s one small way you’ll come back to your practice today?
