Varicose veins are not just a cosmetic concern. They may be a sign of poor blood circulation and can lead to pain, swelling, skin changes, non-healing wounds, or other complications if ignored.

Early consultation with a vascular specialist can help diagnose the condition and guide the right treatment.

Swelling in the legs may seem common, but repeated or one-sided swelling should never be ignored. It can be linked to vascular conditions such as varicose veins, chronic venous insufficiency, or even deep vein thrombosis.

If you are experiencing leg swelling, heaviness, pain, visible veins, skin darkening, or non-healing wounds, consult a vascular specialist for timely evaluation.

High blood pressure is often called a silent killer because it may not show symptoms until it affects vital organs like the heart, brain, kidneys, and blood vessels.

This World Hypertension Day, let’s take a simple but powerful step toward better health — check your blood pressure regularly, stay active, eat healthy, manage stress, and avoid to***co.

Small changes today can lead to a healthier tomorrow.

A wound that doesn’t heal is not “just a small cut.”
It may be a sign of infection, diabetes-related complications, or poor blood circulation.

If a wound is not improving, keeps reopening, has pus, foul smell, swelling, skin colour change, or appears on the foot of a diabetic patient, do not delay medical consultation.

Early diagnosis can prevent serious complications.
