At the Annual Conference 2026, organized by School for Skills – Allied Health Sciences, AgeWell 24x7 Services Private Limited was felicitated for its contribution towards building an inclusive health workforce and creating sustainable employment opportunities.

“Respecting Rights. Ensuring Care.”
Ensuring every care worker could vote while every patient received uninterrupted care— despite being a growing startup still building our care worker pool.
With the completion of the election phases in West Bengal on the 23rd and 29th, we witnessed something beyond just a democratic process.
For us at AgeWell, it was a test of our values, systems, and commitment and a huge operational challenge.

Our care workers—many of whom come from distant districts—needed time to travel back home and exercise their right to vote. Some required 2–3 days of leave.
At the same time, our elderly patients depend on us for uninterrupted, compassionate care—every single day.

This created a real challenge:
An acute shortage of care workers.
Multiple leave requests.
High operational pressure.
And yet…
Our team rose to the occasion.

Behind the scene, there were long hours of:
* Scheduling and rescheduling
* Duty reshuffling
* Arranging last-minute replacements
* Constant coordination with families and teams
All with one clear goal:
✔️ Every care worker gets the opportunity to vote and exercise their constitutional right
✔️ Every patient continues to receive uninterrupted care
✔️ No compromise on quality
This is what truly defines AgeWell.
