A 25 year old female patient walked into the clinic with the complaint of a severe tooth pain in the lower left back region of the jaw.
Upon examination it was found that there were deep occlusal caries in relation to 37. It was also found that there were pit and fissure caries in relation to 36. Upon radiography, it was found that the caries in 37 has pulpal exposure, whereas in 36, it was limited to enamel. Hence, she was advised to undergo composite restoration irt 36 and root canal treatment followed by Zirconia crown irt 37.

The patient is relieved and happy with the treatment.
