The patient came from North Bengal with a big ovarian mass with terrific pain for more than 2 years. Never felt better. Also, extreme weakness, malnutrition, emaciation, and low blood pressure. Today breast tumour may be Fibroadenoma is very common. Also cancer breast is increasing.
It is very confusing specially to patient , patient party , Doctors and general public.
