Anaphylaxis is a medical emergency where there is one potential life threatening systemic allergic reaction occur in a person with exposure to known and even unknown allergen in the form of rashes with respiratory distress, sudden drop in blood pressure, chocking sensation or having abdominal cramp.Timely intervention is the only way to halt Anaphylactic shock.
Sometimes Food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis (FDEIA) is a severe allergic reaction that occurs when someone exercises within a few hours of eating a specific food(common with consuming wheat). Neither the food nor the exercise alone will trigger the reaction; it requires the combination of both. FDEIA is a type of exercise-induced anaphylaxis (EIA).
Sometimes consumption of alcohol,mental anxiety, sleep deprivation aggravate and initiate that anaphylaxis.

Sometimes we think we are allergic to some particular food or other allergen because of our experiences with their exposure. Without knowing the fact we are avoiding those food thinking for allergic .And without knowing the fact we are deprived from taste and nutritive value of those food too

In most of the cases Allergy is an immediate reaction to the exposure of pollen ,dust mite or Food or any allergen where symptoms typically begin within minutes to hours after exposure.
So if we consume a particular food or having exposure to particular aero allergen and having symptoms like swelling of body or abdominal cramps or sneezing after a day then it is hardly a scenario of Allergy.
So Allergy is mostly a Type 1 hypersensitivity reaction where symptoms begin quickly. Best way of eliciting Allergy is through detailed history taking and then to do the gold standard and age old Test , Skin Prick Allergy Test to know the allergens we have already sensitized with.Then another second history is important to know the symptoms matching with the allergens detected with skin prick test .Then we could detect the temporal relationship with the sensitized allergen and symptoms.

Started Allergen Immunotherapy in second batch of patients.
Those who are sensitized to a particular Allergen and have clinical manifestations in the form of Allergic Rhinitis or Allergic Asthma with exposure to that Allergen are the candidates for long term Immunotherapy treatment.
Immunotherapy is a type of disease modifying treatment but it needs motivation and cooperation from the patients.
