A journey of strength, care, and a happy outcome 💙👶

A mother with Chronic Hypertension and previous preterm delivery was carefully managed this time. Despite developing Preeclampsia with reduced amniotic fluid, a planned delivery at 35 weeks ensured the safety of both mother and baby.

Today, both are healthy and doing well—because timely intervention and expert care make all the difference.

ক্রনিক হাইপারটেনশনে ভোগা এক মায়ের আগের সন্তান ৩৩ সপ্তাহে প্রি-টার্ম ডেলিভারি হয়েছিল। এবার তাঁর দ্বিতীয় সন্তান ৩৫ সপ্তাহে জন্মগ্রহণ করেছে। সঠিক সময়ে চিকিৎসা ও পরিকল্পিত ডেলিভারির মাধ্যমে মা ও সন্তান দুজনেই এখন সুস্থ ও ভালো আছে। 💖

Vaginal hysterectomy with pelvic floor repair was performed successfully.

এই মা প্রথম শিশু জন্মের সময় CuT পড়েছিল অযাচিত প্রেগন্যান্সি avoid করার জন্য, কিন্তু যখন তার পিরিয়ড বন্ধ হয়ে গেল সে অনেক দ্বিধা সঙ্কোচ নিয়ে আমার কাছে এল, প্রেগন্যান্সি টেস্ট পজিটিভ এলো আর CuT thread দেখা যাচ্ছে না, ইউএসজি করে দেখা গেল, CuT অনেক উপরে বার করতে গেলে গর্ভপাতের আশঙ্কা, তারা প্রেগন্যান্সি কন্টিনিউ করার সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়, এবং নিয়মিত ফলো আপে থাকে, আর এখন সে ফুটফুটে মেয়ের মা। ছবিতে CuT placenta র মধ্যে দেখা যাচ্ছে।

This mother conceived while CuT was inside her uterus. She chose to continue the pregnancy. With proper guidance and careful monitoring now she's the mother of a healthy baby and the CuT is seen embedded deep inside the placenta.
