Had an ectopic pregnancy before and just got a positive pregnancy test?

That positive test can bring happiness—but it can also bring fear, especially when you’ve experienced an ectopic pregnancy before.

A previous ectopic pregnancy **increases the risk of having another ectopic pregnancy**, which is why early medical consultation and monitoring are important.

But **what should you do as soon as your pregnancy test is positive?**
And what symptoms should you never ignore?

**Watch Dr. Neha’s video till the end** to understand the importance of early monitoring and the warning signs that need urgent medical attention.

Remember, **early testing + early medical care can help identify an ectopic pregnancy before serious complications occur.**

PCOS/PMOS isn’t just about the ovaries.
Its a metabolic syndrome with root cause as - Insulin resistance.

So instead of focusing only on ovaries, work on Insulin sensitivity 💡

Most powerful non-medication tools?

🏋️‍♀️ Strength training (2-4x a week)
🥗 Balanced meal (Protein rich + Fibre rich + healthy fats + low carb)
🚶🏻‍♀️Daily movement
🧘🏻‍♀️Stress reduction
😴 Adequate sleep (at least 7 hours)

That’s the foundation.

Then layer it with smart supplementation- not as replacement, but as support.

💊 Inositol (myo-inositol, D-Chiro) to improve Insulin signalling and support ovulation
➕Metformin / Berberine - Insulin sensitizers
☀️ Vit D (after checking levels)- deficiency is common in PCOS
🐟 Omega 3 - to support inflammatory and metabolic pathways

Supplements support the system - they are not substitute to lifestyle modifications.

Get a proper work up..
OGTT, Fasting Insulin, AMH, androgen levels, TSH, Prolactin and an ultrasound.

PCOS is common. Its manageable. When you target the root - Not just symptoms - fertility too improves significantly.

Watch the video till the end and know what your HSG report really means.

“Should we wait a little longer?” — This is one of the most common questions couples ask when they’re trying to conceive.

But sometimes, the sooner you seek the right guidance, the more options you may have. Fertility can change with age, and certain conditions may need evaluation sooner rather than later.

So, when should you stop waiting and speak to a fertility specialist?

Dr. Dorothy Ghosh explains it all in this video.

Watch the video to understand when waiting is okay—and when it’s better to take the next step.

I wish every couple going through fertility treatment knew this:

Just because it didn’t happen this cycle doesn’t mean it won’t happen in the next one.

Whether you’re trying through **timed in*******se, IUI, IVF, or naturally**, every couple’s fertility journey is different. One unsuccessful cycle does not define your chances of having a baby.

And fertility isn’t only about the woman. **Male age, weight, lifestyle, and metabolic health are equally important** and should be considered as part of the fertility journey.

Sometimes, it takes more than one attempt. Listen to your doctor, understand your treatment plan, and stay consistent with it.

Don’t let one difficult cycle make you lose hope. Keep going until you get there.

If you’re on your fertility journey and need guidance, speak to a fertility specialist and understand what’s right for you 6292269060.
