AV Fistula-র Stenosis যত তাড়াতাড়ি ধরা পড়বে, চিকিৎসার বিকল্প তত বেশি থাকবে।

প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ে ধরা পড়লে অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ, ক্লিনিক্যাল মূল্যায়ন এবং সময়মতো ফলো-আপই যথেষ্ট হতে পারে।

কিন্তু যদি রক্তপ্রবাহ কমে যায়, ডায়ালিসিসে সমস্যা শুরু হয় বা Stenosis উল্লেখযোগ্য হয়ে ওঠে, তখন Fistuloplasty প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
