🔹 Dental fluorosis – പല്ലുകൾ രൂപപ്പെടുന്ന കാലത്ത് അധിക fluoride ലഭിക്കുന്നത് പല്ലുകളിൽ വെള്ള വരകൾ, പാടുകൾ, ഗുരുതരമായാൽ brown discoloration എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് കാരണമാകാം.

🔹 Skeletal fluorosis – ദീർഘകാലം വളരെ ഉയർന്ന അളവിൽ fluoride ശരീരത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നത് എല്ലുകളെയും സന്ധികളെയും ബാധിക്കുന്ന skeletal fluorosis-ന് കാരണമാകാം. ഇത് സാധാരണ toothpaste അല്പം വിഴുങ്ങുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് ഉണ്ടാകുന്നതല്ല; കൂടുതലായി fluoride ഉള്ള വെള്ളം/മറ്റ് ഉറവിടങ്ങളിലൂടെയുള്ള ദീർഘകാല exposure ആണ് പ്രധാന കാരണം.

After sharing the previous video, many of you asked about this patient’s treatment plan. Here’s what we did 👇

🦷 The patient presented with uneven teeth and dental proclination and wanted to improve the overall appearance of her smile.

Our treatment was planned in two stages:

🔹 Stage 1 – 7 Months of Aligner Treatment
Aligners were used to correct the proclination and improve the overall alignment and position of the teeth.

🔹 Stage 2 – Veneer Treatment
After orthodontic correction, veneers were used to improve tooth proportion, shape, symmetry and smile harmony.

✨ The result is not simply “straight teeth” — it is a more balanced, proportionate and harmonious smile, customized to the patient’s facial features and expectations.
